เป็นระบบรองรับการสะเทือนสำหรับรถยนต์โดยปกติจะติดตั้งไว้ใกล้กับแกนล้อ
โดยใช้ลูกหมากเป็นตัวเชื่อมต่อและทำให้ปีกนกสามารถรับการเคลื่อนไหวของรถได้
มักทำด้วยเหล็กหรืออะลูมิเนียม ปีกนกสามารถเคลื่อนไหวแบบยืดหยุ่น
ในลักษณะการปรับองศาการเคลื่อนไหวเพื่อรองรับการสั่นสะเทือนของตัวรถ
